A few reviews from awesome readers!
Psst. That's me at The DuBois Manor book signing.
Just a few...
Set in the American South during the latter half of the 19th century, Dubois traces the lives of two sisters, heiresses of a wealthy shipping fortune. Whether you identify more with fiercely independent Olivia or Arabelle, they’ll pull you into their lives of privilege, even as each pursues true love. There’s a tempest brewing here, and it’s not just on the stormy Atlantic. The perfect vacation novel that will help you transcend every day and lose yourself in triumphs and troubles.

It was fun, at times a tearjerker and there were a few unexpected twists I didn't see coming. The author was good at creating an atmosphere and vividly painting personalities that I could visualize very easily.
Very easy reading and it goes quickly. If you like to settle in with a good read where you can get to know your characters, this is a delightful book to do that with. MCC Monroe, CT
I want to thank you very much for informing Vinny about DuBois Manor. I could not put it down! I think Vinny actually was a little mad at you and himself for telling me about this book. I just finished it looking like a complete fool crying on the train. J Great book! I loved it! I have actually told a bunch of my friends to read it. However, I have a HUGE problem J I need to start Windswept at Sea - The sequel and I cannot purchase it! L This is torture! Best regards,

Wow, this is how I picture DuBois Manor! I love lilacs and roses and you are so descriptive in your writing I could smell and picture everything you describe them. And yes gold butterflies now have a whole new meaning!
I cannot wait to read Windswept at Sea! I have told all my friends and this woman overheard me talking about your book and asked me about it so that she can share it with her book club group. I am getting the word out. Maryann Hooper, NJ.

I read the Dubois Manor trilogy and loved them. All the characters come to life through Diana's writing. She is a magician with a pen. I just finished Mosaic Mermaid and it was absolutely fantastic!!! I couldn't put it down. I think I read it in 3 days. Every time I read one of Diana's books I was transported back to that time, wherever it was. She has a way of captivating the reader with every word. I am lucky enough to live in CT and see her often and she is as lovely as she is talented. Read all of her books!!! I am anxiously awaiting the next one. Jennine P.
(Psst. We never met, It was by chance she gave my books a read!)
